I would like to extend a very warm WELCOME to you. I certainly understand the daunting task of becoming a "published author." And, once you are published, the task of promoting yourself as a writer and promoting your published work(s) remains. This website exists for several reasons. First, it serves to promote my work and the work of other authors. Second, it has many tips for struggling writers on how to write better and tell your story better. Third, I truly enjoy the marvels of today's technology, which has led me to an avocation of building and repairing computers, creating websites for others and teaching people how to use today's fantastic programs. If you are unpublished, but have a website with some of your work available there, I would be happy to place an excerpt from your work on this site. I will also place your short story in the short story section of this site. Each will contain a link to your website or homepage. For published authors, if you will go back to the home page of my site and click on a story title, you will see that I have a short blurb, then an excerpt, then a chapter from each of my novels posted. Each of these web pages has a button to buy the book. I will create the same pages for your work, including a link to your website and to wherever that book is listed on the internet for sale, be it Amazon or wherever. Or, if you are self published, we can sell your book on this site and our other site, http://www.acclaimpublishers.com I will also publish your book cover and your photo, as you choose, and a short personal bio. The title of your book will be listed on the first page of the site, along with my works. If you have a self published book for sale, I will gladly place the same info on the site for it. There is no "catch" or charge for this. I just ask that you place a link on your homepage or website linking to this site. There is no restriction as to genre etc, except two: your book must be published and available for sale and it cannot be of a pornographic nature. (This does not exclude racy romance.)
